Do I need to be there when your team comes?
No. That is the whole point. Once you set up access with your seller's permission, our landscaping and cleaning teams handle everything on a weekly rhythm. You never have to coordinate a thing.
How do you get into the home?
Whatever you already use. Lockbox, smart lock code, or a key left with us. We follow your access instructions exactly and our teams are vetted and insured.
What if the house sells in three weeks?
Then you stop. Tended is month to month. You are never locked into a long contract while a home sits, and you cancel the moment it closes.
Is $1,500 a month really all-inclusive?
Yes, for a standard single-family listing. That covers weekly landscaping and weekly interior cleaning. Larger estates or unusually large lots are quoted up front, so there are never surprise charges.
Who actually pays for it, me or the seller?
Either works. Some agents build it into their listing package as a premium service, others have the seller cover it. We just need one point of contact and one card on file.
